  • Your responses are not used to train or improve OpenAI’s models. Thoughtful Leader has not opted in to share its OpenAI API data for model training.
  • OpenAI may retain prompts, responses and related information for up to 30 days for security and abuse monitoring, unless longer retention is required by law or is reasonably necessary to protect its services or third parties.
  • Thoughtful Leader does not save your written responses or the AI-generated values analysis in its WordPress website database.
  • Unfinished responses may be stored locally in your web browser for up to 24 hours so that you can return to them. This information remains on your device and can be removed by clearing your browser data or starting the tool again.
  • A one-way hash derived from your IP address may be stored temporarily for up to one hour to enforce usage limits and protect the tool from misuse. The original IP address is not stored for this specific rate-limiting purpose.
  • The AI-generated results are displayed in your browser. Any decision to print, save or otherwise retain the results is under your control.

Please avoid entering names or information that is sensitive, confidential or unnecessary for the purpose of the reflection.

AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. They should be treated as prompts for personal reflection rather than professional advice, a formal assessment or a definitive conclusion.
