Doing meaningful work is one of the greatest motivational factors that drives team member performance. When people feel as if they are taking on worthwhile tasks that matter, they’re more likely to feel engaged and put in the effort.
Unfortunately, there are many people who aren’t doing meaningful work. There is a lot of wasted time and effort in our workplaces which can destroy motivation.
