When you’re trying to implement a change in your team, it can be tempting to just push it through. After all, you’re the boss, right?

In this episode I cover some of the questions to consider when trying to implement a change in your team, as well as introduce a simple framework that can help you structure your change efforts.
Yes, change is constant and you will never please everyone, but leaders can and should be doing a lot better when it comes to leading change initiatives.
If you like this episode, I’d be ever so grateful if you could please leave a review on Apple Podcasts. It really helps other leaders find the podcast so we can help create better workplaces around the world. Thank you in advance!
