We are all busy and have constraints on our time, but that doesn’t mean that we need to be a victim of our circumstances.
I hear it often – “I don’t have time”. What we’re really saying is “That’s not important right now”.
I’m asking all the leaders out there to change the narrative. We need to start taking back control and being intentional about where our focus lies, instead of hiding behind the “lack of time”.
We will always make time for the important things, so let’s find out what they are, and do them. No more excuses – let’s just be open and honest about where our priorities are!
Once we start to do this, we’ll realise that some of the choices we make aren’t great. After all, when we say “No”, what are we saying “Yes” to instead?
