I have worked for six years with a transformational leader and was in the Blue box where I personally would like to add also : admiration. After that I joined another workplace with an autocratic leader for 10 years where in fact I was in the pink box where I would like to add the word: disrespect. Fortunately, after these 10 years she retired. Trusting your people is indeed vital for the relationship and for their own personal growth. I believe that the first 6 years were the foundation that made me thrive the other 10 years!!!
It’s good that you already had a positive experience with a good leader before you ran into the bad one! Thanks for the comment,
